The warm reception staff made us feel welcomed, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience while enjoying the spaciousness of our room.

The walk from the station was longer than expected, which was a challenge with luggage after long days of exploring the city.

The spacious apartment was perfect for our group. We enjoyed exploring Ueno Park and the local markets. A quick tip for future guests, it’s a bit of a walk from the station, so pack light. Highly recommend staying here again!

One downside was the walk from the station. it was a bit challenging with heavy luggage. I suggest arriving prepared to carry your bags for a bit.

The air-conditioning system is limited to only two modes!!! A drying rack for dishes would be more practical than the hanging option!!! Shelf space in the wardrobe is sorely lacking for non-hanging clothes!!!

noise pollution

i had high hopes for this hotel, but it fell short. the beds were horrendous—i mean, who wants to sleep on rocks? as if that wasn't enough, the noise from other rooms was relentless. i also expected some kind of welcome gesture, but alas, just came and went like everyone else. i almost thought about posting a great review, but just couldn’t.

Families will find this place great

We had a family apartment for 6, roomy for all of us and perfect for cooking together. The air-con worked wonders, kept us cool during the hot days and we felt right at home with the comfy beds!

It wasn’t the cheapest stay we’ve had but worth it for the space and comfort.

The superior family apartment was spacious with large windows offering a nice view. It had a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and stovetop. The bathroom had shampoo and body soap. Super comfy beds made sleep easy. The elevator was convenient for getting to the upper floors and the air purifiers helped with the dry winter.
